Vix is passionate about helping people find their inner Glo. It’s not about scales here, we work on making you fitter, stronger and feeling amazing, confident and sparkly. 

PT sessions are held in a private studio with ample parking. The added bonus of being able to utilise the outside space is gorgeous on dry days. 

Your fitness should be a collaborative project so we work closely with every individual on their specific goals, likes, dislikes and approach. Whether that’s strength training, high intensity interval training, circuits or cardio, we can adapt each and every session to YOU.
